 Shipping Policy

CatfishReaper.com accepts and ships orders throughout the lower 48 states in the United States.  All orders placed Sunday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours.  Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be shipped on Monday.  Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer once the product ships. We reserve the right to use USPS, UPS or Fedex on all orders. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground.  The following shipping rates will be applied based on order total cost:

$195 & Above         Free Shipping (With Exceptions)

Free shipping exceptions include oversize items such as one piece rods and dip nets.  These items will have a fixed shipping rate of $25.

CatfishReaper.com will be responsible for insuring the delivery of your package to your mailbox.  Once the package shows a delivered status, CatfishRepaer.com will not be responsible for stolen packages.  If a package shows a delivered status but can not be located, the customer will have to file a claim with the shipping company.  In order to prevent this, we can ship signature required for an additional $3.50.  In order to purchase this option, simply go to the shipping tab in the main menu and purchase signature required shipping.

 

Return Policy

CatfishReaper.com will accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase.  If there are discrepancies with your order or you are not satisfied with the product contact CatfishReaper.com at (859)588-3057 to receive an RMA# and directions for return.  Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was an error in shipping.  Return shipping charges will also be the responsibility of the customer unless there was a discrepancy in shipping.

Once the RMA# is received please place the product in the original packaging with the receipt and mail the product to:

There are exceptions to the items that can be returned.  These include:

  • Warranty Issues – All products requiring warranty claims must be returned to the manufacturer.  CatfishReaper.com does not warranty the products.

 

  • Items that have been opened and used.  All products being returned should be in the original undamaged packaging and be in new condition.

 Once the returned product has been received by CatfishReaper.com, we will inspect the product. Once the inspection is completed, a refund will be issued.  Please allow 7 business days once CatfishReaper.com receives the return for the refund to be processed and returned to your account.  We will notify the customer by email once the refund has been issued.
